Description	Anatomist/BrainVISA is a visualization software with related tools. It is based on generic modules of structural data, consisting of sets of objects linked in a graph structure. These objects may be cortical folds inferred from T1 weighted MR data, fiber bundles inferred from MR diffusion weighted data, activated clusters inferred from Statistical Parametric Maps. Note that BrainVisa used to be listed as a separate program.
