Summary	Brain Activation and Morphological Mapping
Description	BAMM is a software library for the statistical analysis of functional and structural (dual-echo) magnetic resonance images (MRI) of the human brain.The BAMM library is made up from a number of stand-alone programs covering the flow-of-data in fMRI or structural MRI processing pipelines. Flow-of-control is by shell scripts which permit rapid and automated bulk-processing of large datasets.
