Description Open source DICOM utilities in Java, comprising a library and several applications based on it. Numerous command-line and batch tools including applications to convert DICOM files to various image formats, dump header contents to text and XML, create and read DICOMDIR files. Also has DICOM network capabilities with server, send and echo functionality.
