Summary Perfusion Imaging Toolkit for ImageJ
Description The goal of the TOPPCAT project is to develop verified software to create quantitative maps of Ktrans (volume transfer constant between blood plasma and the extravascular extracellular space) and fBV (fractional blood volume) from dynamic T1-weighted gadolinium-enhanced perfusion magnetic resonance images. TOPPCAT is designed as modular plugins to the ImageJ software package.
