Description MVE - Medical Volume Explorer - is a visualization program for medical data. It is based on OpenGL, GLScene and on Cg shaders from NVIDIA. The program supports different 2D views (axial, coronal and sagittal), Multi Planar Reformation (MPR), Direct Volume Rendering, Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP) gradient lighting and a stereoscopic anaglyph visualization. MVE has a multi format file interface for CT, MRI, PET and SPECT data and can read DICOM, ANALYZE, BMP, JPG, GIF and TIF files.
