Summary Advanced image visualization and analysis for Windows/Mac/Linux
Description MedINRIA is a modular visualization and analysis program specializing in neuro imaging and particularly diffusion tensor (DT) MRI analysis. It provides an easy to use interface to a number of visualization and analysis algorithms. It is the successor to the programs DTI Track and TensorViewer from the same author. It has PACS communication capability, image segmentation and registration, and 2D to 4D visualization.

Currently the following modules are available:
* ImageViewer is a powerful image visualization module which can read a large number of image formats. It features tabbed browsingm multi-planar reconstruction, and volume rendering.
* DTI Track provides tools for in-deep DT-MRI analysis and fiber tracking. It provides diffusion tensor field estimation, FA/ADC computation, tensor smoothing, and fiber extraction and statistics.
* Tensor Viewer enables visualization of the tensor fields obtained from the DTI module.
