Summary DICOM to NIFTI format converter
Description Converter from DICOM and various proprietary MRI formats to NIFTI format (used by FSL, SPM5, MRIcron and others). Primarily a command line program but has a simple GUI. NIFTI files may be produced either as paired (.img/.hdr) or single (.nii) files.
