Description The MIPAV (Medical Image Processing, Analysis, and Visualization) application enables quantitative analysis and visualization of medical images of numerous modalities such as PET, MRI, CT, or microscopy. Has a PACS client for receiving DICOM studies. Supports numerous formats (read and write). Developed by the Center for Information Technology, U.S. National Institutes of Health
