Live-Vessel

Live-Vessel is an interactive medical image segmentation software for locating vessels and vascular trees in 2D color medical images. The program uses Matlab and compiled programs. Taking input from the user in the form of a starting seed point and the mouse position, Live-Vessel calculates in real time the optimal path and boundaries of the vessel being traced.
