Nipype, part of the NiPy group, is a Python project that provides a uniform interface to existing neuroimaging software, such as ANTS, SPM, FSL, FreeSurfer, Camino, MRtrix, MNE, AFNI, and Slicer. NiPype facilitates interaction between these packages within a single workflow, encouraging interactive exploration of algorithms from different packages.
