A toolkit for reading, parsing, dumping, editing and writing DICOM files. Self-contained PHP with no dependencies, and extensive exception handling. Open-source with inline documentation, and allows for the easy extension of the main core class. Functionality includes dumping header with customizable format, and saving a DICOM file with a different transfer syntax.
