MIA

MIA is a free software package for the analysis of time series of medical images, such as MR or CT images.

MIA provides a combination of command line tools, plug-ins, and libraries that make it possible run image processing tasks interactively in a command shell and prototype by using the according shell scripting language. It is build around a plug-in structure that makes it easy to add funcionality without compromising the original code base and it makes use of a wide variety of external libraries that provide additional funcionality. MIA is written in C++ and makes heavy use of C++11 constructs.
