GPU-accelerated tomographic reconstruction for PET/SPECT
NiftyRec is a software for tomographic reconstruction, providing GPU-accelerated reconstruction tools for emission and transmission computed tomography.
NiftyRec supports PET, with depth-dependent resolution modelling; SPECT, with depth-dependent resolution modelling; X-Ray CT, with cone-beam, fan-beam, and helical cone-beam geometries; and Synchrotron X-Ray Tomography, Neutron Tomography, and Optical Projection Tomography with parallel beam geometry.
Source code is available, and the program has interfaces in Matlab and Python.
