Libraries supporting NIFTI format in C, Java, and Matlab
niftilib is a collection of i/o routines for the nifti1 neuroimage data format. C (nifticlib), Python (PyNifti/NiBabel), Java (niftijlib) and Matlab (niftimatlib) code is available. NIfTI-1 is adapted from the widely used ANALYZE 7.5 file format.
