Javascript library for 3D web-based neuroimaging visualisation
BrainBrowser uses open web-standard technologies, such as WebGL and HTML5, for real-time manipulation and analysis of 3D imaging data through a web browser. BrainBrowser Surface Viewer (WebGL) displays 3D surfaces in real-time and maps various sorts of data to them. BrainBrowser Volume Viewer (HTML5 canvas) is a viewer allowing slice-by-slice traversal of MINC, NIfTI and MGH/Freesurfer volumetric data.
