imlook4d

"Imlook4d" provides full 4D viewing analysis using only the base Matlab.

A large number of 3D-region-of-interest (ROI) segmentation algorithms are included, ranging from fully automated thresholding and flood fill, to interactive manual drawing and thresholding.

The program is tightly integrated with Matlab, making it suitable for algorithm development and experimentation. Brush-based ROIs may be stored and retrieved. Imlook4d is extensible by drop-in Matlab scripts, of which a large number are provided.

Separate downloads allows integration with ImageJ, and SPM routines such as co-registration, segmentation etc.
