Camino is a fully-featured toolkit for Diffusion MR processing, analysis and reconstruction. It includes diffusion tensor techniques, tractography and advanced algorithms for resolving non-Gaussian diffusion profiles, the so-called fibre-crossing problem. Camino is written entirely in Java, and is an object-oriented, open source development project.
